Consultation Starter Package - $325

This includes your initial assessment to evaluate your unique mind-body constitution, along with a personalised treatment plan designed to bring you back into a state of balance. This will include tailored recommendations for diet, lifestyle adjustments, detoxification protocols, nutritional supplementation and/or custom herbal preparations where needed. 

In addition to this, you will receive 2 x 30-minute follow-up consultations, either via phone or email, to ensure you have a solid foundation to start. 

Please note that the cost of any herbal or nutritional supplements is not included; you can purchase them separately during your consultations.

Consultation Retainer Package - $450

Enhance your wellness with this consultation retainer package. I am dedicated to offering you the resources, knowledge, techniques, and continuous support to attain lasting health, balance, and vitality.

This package consists of 5 x 45-minute consultations, which can be scheduled over 12 months or tailored to your preferences. Commit to your long-term wellness with this consultation package and embark on your journey towards improved health and reclaiming your essence.

Quick Tune Up $120.00

The Quick Tune-Up is a straightforward, single-session wellness service designed for individuals with a solid understanding of nutrition who may have fallen off the 

wagon and need a quick and effective way to regain your momentum in a simple, uncomplicated manner.

This service provides personalised guidance without the complexity of a full Nutritional Medicine / Ayurvedic Consultation.

Ānanda (Bliss) Body Program - $2300

This program is for those who are ready, and committed to learning how to change and sustain their mind, body, spirit over time. 

During each 60-minute wellness session, we will discuss your current emotional state, observe any changes that have occurred since our last session, and work together to establish a sustainable path for healing and balance in your life. 

Based on our conversation, i will provide you with personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations that you can implement moving forward, a copy of my published  book ojas, pathology interpretation, and as your accountability partner, i am available to answer any questions you may have and provide support whenever you need it.

In addition to the 3 nutrition sessions, you’ll receive a copy of my published book ojas, and once a week, for 10 weeks we will meet for a 60-minute yoga or barre session in the studio. 

In 3 months you will see:

Sarvanga Sadhana: Movement + Mindfulness Package - $900

Yoga and asana, while often thought of and used interchangeably in conversation, represent distinct aspects of a broader practice. Asana specifically refers to the physical postures and poses practised in yoga. However, yoga encompasses a much larger philosophy and lifestyle that integrates mental, spiritual, and emotional dimensions, along with physical practices.

At its core, yoga is about union – the connection between the individual consciousness and universal consciousness. It is a holistic system that aims to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. This includes various branches such as meditation (dhyana), breath control (pranayama), ethical living (yamas and niyamas), and self-study.

Practising yoga is about cultivating awareness and mindfulness, leading to a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s connection to the world. While asana serves as a great entry point, it is just one part of the yogic path. The practice encourages practitioners to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, fostering personal growth and self-realisation.

Therefore, a truly enriching yoga practice involves more than just performing physical postures; it includes developing a regular meditation practice, mantra, devotion, engaging in self-study, practising non-attachment, embodying principles of compassion and kindness, and  much more. Yoga and its sister Science Ayurveda, has profoundly shaped my life, instilling a deep sense of confidence and self-belief that I previously struggled to cultivate. Private yoga sessions with me are designed to help you achieve your goals in a personalised, 1:1 setting. 

I take the practice of yoga seriously and want you to experience yoga in a traditional setting, and have the most positive outcomes. This can only be achieved by committing to a regular practice, so a minimum of 5 sessions is offered to get you started.
