Rhian Hunter is a Devoted Mother, Qualified Nutritionist, (Studying) Ayurvedic Practitioner, Pilates and Yoga Teacher. Rhian offers an integrative and holistic approach to health by combining the age old wisdom of Ayurveda with Modern Nutrition Science.
Rhian will promote balance in the body through specialised Dietary/Nutritional modifications , Lifestyle Advice, Herbs, Body work, Pilates, Yoga and Meditation.
She has great passion for cooking, and inspiring others to rebuild their relationship with food. She writes a health column for a local magazine, has published several cookbooks, and conducts private and group workshops for Ayurvedic Cooking, Practices and Yoga.
In this lifetime, it is her hope that her service to others, serves to be a small catalyst toward healthful change; She believes we all have a responsibility to look after and care for our environment, our community and most importantly ourselves.
