Soy & Sesame Fish w/ Edamame Beans
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE SOY & SESAME FISH
180g Cod or Snapper Fillets
1 TBLS Tamari
1 TBLS Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Ginger (grated)
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
*1 Red Chilli (finely diced)
FOR THE EDAMAME BEANS
400g Edamame Beans
Salt
1 TBLS Butter
S&P (season to taste)
METHOD:
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together tamari, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, chilli. Set aside.
2. Season fish with heat butter in a large non stick frying pan over a high heat, Grill fish for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque in colour, pour soy and sesame mixture over fish and ensure well coated, cover with lid and keep warm.
3. Bring a pot of heavily salted water to the boil, add edamame beans and boil for 6-8 Minutes or until cooked.
4. Serve immediately while still warm.
