Avocado Smash on Toast
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE AVOCADO SMASH:
1 tsp. Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. Chilli Flakes OR
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon & Herb Dukkah
1 Avocado
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp. Olive Oil
S&P (season to taste)
TO SERVE:
2-4 Slices Toasted Bread (your choice, I like rye)
* A few Coriander Leaves
METHOD:
1. In a small mixing bowl use a fork to smash the avocado, add the dukkah or spices & chilli, olive oil, lime juice and S&P to taste, mash until all combined.
2. Toast bread, spread with avo smash and sprinkle over coriander.
