Choc Cherry Ripe Smoothie

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Large Frozen Banana

1 Small Handful of Raspberries

2 TBLS Cacao

1 TBLS Rice Malt Syrup

250ml Cocoquench or Almond Milk (smoothie bowl consistency) add extra liquid for smoothie

 

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or small food processor and blitz until thick and combined.

  2. Either Divide between 2 bowls, and top with granola and fresh berries, or pour into a glass and enjoy !
