Post Workout Smoothie

SERVES 2

4 Large Bananas (frozen)

2 TBLS Peanut Butter

1 Handful Dates

2 TBLS Cacao

1 Handful Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 - 1 Scoop Happy Way Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder OR

1 TBLS Maca Powder

400ml Almond Milk (I prefer Nutty Bruce as it’s free from thickeners, gums, preservatives and colours)

 

METHOD: 

1. Blend dates with a little bit of water and salt until it forms a paste consistency.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all combined.

3. Serve & Enjoy!
