Turkey Burgers w/Tzatziki

SERVES 2 
INGREDIENTS:

2 Turkey Burger Patties

1/2-Cup Tzatziki

1/2 Cucumber (ribboned)

1/2 Red Capsicum (Halved)

*5-10 Sundried Tomatoes

60g Spinach & Rocket

*1-2 Turkish Rolls or (Bread Rolls of your choice)

 

METHOD:

1. Heat a non-stick fry pan, and when really hot, add capsicum and cook until char. Remove from pan and set aside

2. Heat Oil in the fry pan, over a high heat, cook for roughly 8 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.

3. This can be served on a bread roll, or with the grilled capsicum, cucumber, spinach, rocket & tzatziki as a side.
