Antioxidant Acai Bowl

SERVES 2

 INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE BOWL

1 x Frozen Acai Packet (95g)

1 Cup Pitted Cherries, frozen

1/2 Banana, frozen

5 Large Strawberries

1/4 Cup of CP Apple Juice,  (Preshafruit is my favourite)

1/4 Cup of Coconut or Filtered water

 

Toppings: 

6 Strawberries, halved

Small handful of berries (mulberries, blueberries, blackberries or goji)

Small handful of Granola

2 TBLS Shredded Coconut, (Organic is best as it doesn’t contain sulphites)

2 TBLS Hemp Hearts

2 TBLS Pumpkin Seeds

2 TBLS Chopped Almonds or Walnuts

METHOD:

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a blender or small food processor

  2. Top & decorate your bowl with desired toppings.
