Chai Banana Smoothie
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 Large Handfuls Frozen Banana
1/2 Handful Dates
1 TBLS Chia Seeds
1 TBLS Chai Spice or Turmeric Spice Mix
350ml Almond or Coconut Milk
METHOD:
1. Blend dates with a little bit of water and salt until it forms a paste consistency.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all combined.
3. Serve and enjoy!
