Lemon & Passionfruit Bircher

SERVES 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ Cups of Rolled Oats

1 ½ Cups of Coconut Water

1 TBLS of Chia Seeds

1 TBLS of Rice Malt Syrup

½ Cup of Shredded Coconut

Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon

2 Passionfruit (pulp)

 

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or container. Cover and allow the oats to soak and absorb the liquid for a few hours or overnight. Mixture will last for up to 7 days covered in the fridge.
