Raspberry, Banana & Notella Roll Ups

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS

2 Quinoa or Rice Mountain Bread Wraps

1 Large Banana (sliced into discs)

125g Fresh Raspberries or Frozen Raspberries (warmed slightly in the microwave)

2-4 TBLS Notella

*1-2 TBLS Rice Malt Syrup

 

METHOD:

  1. Spread a thin layer of notella on each mountain bread wrap (about 2 TBLS each wrap).

  2. Divide remaining ingredients amongst both wraps, drizzle with some rice malt if you like extra sweetness.

  3. Fold or roll up and enjoy as if it were a crepe!
