Raspberry, Banana & Notella Roll Ups
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Quinoa or Rice Mountain Bread Wraps
1 Large Banana (sliced into discs)
125g Fresh Raspberries or Frozen Raspberries (warmed slightly in the microwave)
2-4 TBLS Notella
*1-2 TBLS Rice Malt Syrup
METHOD:
Spread a thin layer of notella on each mountain bread wrap (about 2 TBLS each wrap).
Divide remaining ingredients amongst both wraps, drizzle with some rice malt if you like extra sweetness.
Fold or roll up and enjoy as if it were a crepe!
