MAKES A JAR

INGREDIENTS:

½ Cup of Panella Sugar (sifted)

½ Cup Cacao

1 Cup Tahini (hulled)

 

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or a food processor.

  2. Turn the mixer on low, and slowly increase the speed to medium-high. *Important, if you are using a thermo mix, make sure you don’t add heat to the mixture!

  3. Mix for 25 seconds, scrape the bowl and allow it to run for a further 10-20 seconds.

  4. Scrape out of the bowl and into an airtight jar or container. Cover with lid and store in your pantry as you would other spreads.
