Peaches & Cream Smoothie Bowl

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:

2 Large Frozen Bananas

1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Peach

1 Handful of Ice

1 tsp. Ginger (grated)

1 tsp. Rice Malt Syrup

1 tsp. Maca Powder

1 TBLS of Coconut Yoghurt

250ml Cocoquench

TO SERVE:

4 TBLS Granola

¼ Cup Fresh Blueberries

 

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or small food processor and blitz until thick and combined.

  2. Divide between 2 bowls, and top with granola and fresh berries. Serve Immediately J
