Strawberry Cashew Milk

Makes 1.5L

INGREDIENTS:

500G Strawberries

2 TBLS Cashew Butter (or 1 Cup Blended Cashews)

1-2 TBLS Rice Malt Syrup

1L Almond Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

 

METHOD:

CASHEWS – If you can’t get cashew butter, blend a cup of cashews with a little bit of water until a paste consistency forms.

1. Blend cashews with a little bit of water and salt until it forms a paste consistency.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until all combined.

3.Fill jars with mixture and refrigerate/consume for up to 4 days.
