Mocha Chia Pudding

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:

1/4-Cup Chia Seeds

3/4 Cup Almond Milk

1-2 TBLS Cacao (depending on how chocolaty you like it)

1 TBLS Rice Malt Syrup

1 TBLS Espresso (1/2 shot) (cooled)

 

METHOD:

1. Combine all ingredients except for espresso & rice malt syrup, and sit in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.

2. Remove from fridge and stir in rice malt syrup and espresso.

3. Divide into single serve airtight containers or as one big batch, refrigerate and serve cold.
