Smokey BBQ Pulled Jackfruit or Pork Pizza

SERVES 4 

3 250ml portions of Smokey BBQ Pulled Pork or Jackfruit (fully defrosted & warmed)

3 Small Stone Baked Pizza Bases

6 TBLS BBQ Sauce

120g Spinach & Rocket

1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (grated)

2/3-Cup Asian Mayo

 

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 220°C.

2. Brush bases with olive oil, and place on a lined baking tray or pizza tray on the top shelf of oven, cook for 7- 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

3. Remove from oven, and smear 1-2 TBLS BBQ sauce over each base, scatter portions of the BBQ pulled pork over each base and top with mozzarella cheese and 1/4 of the rocket & spinach.

4. Fill a plastic bag with Asian mayo, and twist until it resembles a piping bag, cut a small amount of the tip and pipe Asian mayo in spirals on each of the
bases.

5. Bake in the oven, until cheese has completely melted, remove and top with remaining spinach & rocket & sauce if required.
