SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS:
2 Apples
1 ½ Cups of Almond Milk
½ Cup of Water
1 TBLS of Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ Cup Rolled Oats
Pinch of Salt
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients except apple and oats in a small saucepan or rice cooker.
Add the oats, and cook on a medium-high heat until porridge is thickened to the consistency you prefer (I generally cook mine in the rice cooker for around 5 minutes)
Before serving, grate an apple into the mixture, stir to combine & serve immediately.
